Group Outing Contract for Groups of 12 or more

Dining arrangements and menus will be supplied to you and must be confirmed 10 days in advance.
Final number of guests in your party must be confirmed 10 days prior to the reserved date. A $500 deposit is required; this confirms the minimum number guaranteed by the group. If the deposit is not received 10 days prior to the outing date, the tee times will be cancelled. Cancellation of event within seven days will result in loss of deposit. Please make check payable to “Fox Hopyard Golf Club”. Your check will be deposited toward the final bill which must be paid in full within three (3) days of event. Check In Process: To better serve all of our customers it is required that for groups of 12 or more the group leader will be responsible for payment of the entire bill.
