Crumpin-Fox Club, a premier semi-private 18 hole golf course located in Bernardston, MA, is seeking a highly qualified culinary professional to oversee kitchen and catering operations for its on-site restaurant.
Responsibilities include: food preparation, scheduling, training, and supervision of kitchen staff, menu planning, development of recipes and standard operating procedures, as well as cost control/inventory management.
The successful candidate will have a culinary degree or equivalent professional experience, Serve Safe certification, and at least 2 years of prior experience in a commercial kitchen. Prior supervisor experience required.
